Requirements for flower fallow: Mechanical soil treatment must be carried out and a flower mixture of seed- and nectar-producing plant species must be sown by April 30th.

The mixture consists of: Oil flax, buckwheat, vetch, oil radish, yellow mustard, honeysuckle, blood clover, red clover, white clover, common dog's tooth, chicory, lanceolate plantain, alfalfa and mallow.

The mixture contains species at different heights without being able to block views from roads or the like.

Faunamaster deer and pheasant blend are also approved as flower and pollinator fertilizers.
